Dark wood, brass details, artwork and stained glass give the pub an atmospheric Victorian feel. There is a fireplace for colder evenings, plus an upstairs function room available for private parties and social gatherings.

The menu covers fish and chips, sausage and mash, steak, shin and ale pie, burgers, schnitzel and vegetarian dishes. Sunday lunch is served from midday to 5pm, while the kitchen runs Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm.
